Misr Petroleum Company set the prices of the disinfectants. The price of Misr Gel, a hand sanitizer and cleaner that kills viruses and contains 70% alcohol, is 45 Egyptian pounds for 550 milliliters.
Eco Clean, for cleaning and disinfecting hands, costs 20 Egyptian pounds. MisroGerm Extra, a floor cleaner and disinfectant for cleaning surfaces and handles, is available in a 1.4 kg size for 29 Egyptian pounds. The same product costs 45 Egyptian pounds in a 2.2 kg size and 17 Egyptian pounds in a 750 milligram size.
