Known locally after its Carrefour hypermarket, this mall's official name is City Centre Alexandria. It opened on 23 January 2003 and is developed and run by Majid Al Futtaim Properties. The mall holds more than 160 stores, including Zara, H&M and Debenhams, built around the Carrefour hypermarket, plus a multiplex cinema and a Magic Planet entertainment area.
