Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano stands on the former site of the San Stefano Hotel and Casino on the city's eastern corniche, overlooking the Mediterranean. Seafront suites were added along the beach in 2019, alongside the main building, and the hotel runs several restaurants including a Lebanese and Syrian kitchen and an Italian one.
