Maxim Mall is a roughly 40,000-square-metre shopping centre on the northern 90th Street in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, developed by Maxim Investment Group directly across from the American University in Cairo. It holds around 400 retail and dining outlets, including a hypermarket and food court, aimed at the surrounding residential and student population.
