Point 90 Mall sits on North 90th Street in New Cairo, directly opposite the American University in Cairo campus. Built in the mid-2010s, it houses more than 100 stores across five levels, including H&M, Starbucks and Mothercare, alongside a supermarket and a multiplex cinema. Its location makes it a regular stop for AUC students and New Cairo residents.
