Dolphin Mall opened in December 2013 in 6th of October City, developed by El Tagoury Development Company. The four-level building covers 32,500 square metres, including about 18,000 square metres of leasable space and roughly 350 ground-floor retail units, plus an administrative section, a children's games area and a tourist motel.
