Galleria40 is a five-level mixed-use development on Sheikh Zayed City's 26th of July Corridor, built in 2014 and owned by Raya Holding. It houses around 35 stores weighted toward designer fashion labels such as Armani Exchange and Pinko, along with restaurants and cafés set around an outdoor courtyard, giving it a more upmarket tenant mix than the area's other shopping centres.
