Saad Zaghloul Garden sits at Raml Station in central Alexandria, next to the Corniche. Its centrepiece is a 1930 statue of nationalist leader Saad Zaghloul by sculptor Mahmoud Mokhtar, made as a companion to the one later placed in Cairo, commemorating his role in Egypt's 1919 revolution.
